February, Thursday 7th Rosé Champagne Dinner – £150 pp

No drink has the power to seduce like champagne and rosé above all has a luxurious allure which can never be overestimated. For this very special dinner head chef Joo Won and his team have taken inspiration from the stunning flavours of some of the region’s most celebrated salmon-hued beauties to create a menu to match them. Moet, Ruinart and the mighty Dom Perignon will dance a cheek-to-cheek with fusion cuisine for a night which is not to be missed. Places are strictly limited, booking is essential.
